Ruth Gertrude Thompson, of Batavia, died Dec. 2, 2007.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Helen Sheridan.
She is survived by husband, V. Lee Thompson; son, Al (Cindy), Joe (Donna) and Tom (Rachel) Thompson; daughters, Jane (Bill) Creger and Vici Thompson; grandchildren, Amy (Nick) Cenci, Erica (Dave) Smith, Abby and Kaitlyn Thompson, Joe and Tyler Thompson, Bill and Rob Dreger, Adam Thompson, and Amanda Behymer; great-grandchild, Sophia Cenci; brother, Bert Blust; and sister, Bette Sattler.
Funeral services were held Dec. 5 at the St. Bernadette Church in Amelia.
Memorials may be made to the St. Bernadette Church or the Heartland Hospice.
The E.C. Nurre Funeral Home in Amelia is serving the needs of the family.
