Milford’s water polo programs are expected to have purer future

Milford varsity boys and girls water polo coach Gary Tameris sees a bright future for both of his programs.

As the current campaign drew to a close, the boys and girls teams split with recent former Greater Miami Conference (GMC) rival Sycamore and the newest member of the GMC, Mason.

The Eagles downed the Aviators at home 14-10. Matthew D’errico scored one-half of the Red and White’s goals, Daniel Matulis made two, Alen Kiefer made two, Christopher Williams made two, and Kyle Petrosky accounted for the other Milford point.

Milford returned from Warren County with an 8-3 setback at Mason. Matulis netted two goals and Petrosky the other versus the Comets.
