Margarette Louise Thomas, 77, of Georgetown, died Oct. 6, 2007. She was born on May 14, 1930, in Covington, KY. She was a retired nurses aide at Brown County General Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Mabel (nee Beckelhymer) Sipple; husband, Paul Francis Thomas; and son-in-law, Chandan Sanyal.
She is survived by son, Dr. Terry (Kristi) Thomas; daughters, Diane Sanyal, and Irene (Robert) Burns; grandchildren, Sarah and Neil Sanyal, Brandon, Kristopher, and Bethany Thomas, and Robbie and Lois Burns.
Funeral services were held Oct. 10 at the Saltair Church of Christ in Bethel. Burial followed at the Shinkles Ridge Cemetery near Higginsport.
