Eric Eugene Jeremiah, 37, of Bethel, died Aug. 9.
He is survived by three children, Charles, Andrew, and Brooklyn; parents Linda and Charles Jeremiah; siblings Ginger Parker, Charles Jeremiah, Aaron Jeremiah, Bobb Jeremiah, Jennifer Smith.
His grandparents were Eugene and Iona Janson, Stanley and Murril Jeremiah; aunts Patricia Nordyke, Phyllis Setters.
Services were held at Mt. Moriah.
