Amelia achieves the first victory among Clermont County’s varsity prep distaff soccer squads
Amelia is the only Clermont County high school varsity girls soccer squad to earn a victory in the opening contests of the season.

Christy Claus netted both of the victors’ goals as the Barons edged the arch-rival Trojans in the annual West Clermont Local School District confrontation. Tori Velten accounted for the Purple and White’s goal. The game took place at Clyde B. “Brad” Braughton Memorial Stadium at Amelia High School.

The Mustangs footed the visiting Blue and White in this non-conference confrontation. Lauren Koehler and Sarah Vinson scored the points for the Barons.
Loveland 2 Amelia 0
The Barons returned from the northern reaches of Clermont County with this non-division Fort Ancient Valley Conference (FAVC) loss to the Tigers. The Blue and White managed just three shots at the Orange and Black’s goal.
The E-Gals made it home from Butler County with this draw that the host Thunderhawks managed to eke out of the contest between former Greater Miami Conference rivals.

The Tigers' Autumn Schellenberger tallied all three of the Red and Gray's goals as the Clermont County girls stunned the host Cavaliers of the powerful Greater Catholic League.

The Rockets failed to get the ball into the guest Hurricanes' goal in this non-conference tilt that took place in Owensville.
Little Miami 3 Goshen 1
The host Warriors were outdone by the Panthers in this non-conference confrontation between next-door-neighbors. It was the first game of the season for both teams.
Western Brown 4 Williamsburg 1
The Broncos returned to Mount Orab with this Southern Buckeye Conference non-division triumph. The Wildcats' goal was netted by Kayla Scott.
Northwest 5 Glen Este 2
The Trojans were upended by the Knights in this FAVC showdown that took place on the winners' field.
