Kelli Ellison has been appointed the new principal of the Milford Junior High School.
“I was so excited,” she said in her school office July 30. “Clermont County is my home and I am thrilled to be working for the Milford School District in this new leadership role.”
Born and raised in the Milford area, Ellison graduated from Milford High School in 1995 before working on her undergraduate work at the Heidelberg University in Northern Ohio. After earning her graduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 2002, she joined the Milford School District.
Since then, she has worked at the Milford Junior High School, first teaching health and physical education for four years before becoming the assistant principal. She is now looking forward to the challenges that she will face as the new junior high school principal.
