Amy Baker’s parents have been denied custody of her three children.

The ruling was made by Clermont County Juvenile Court Judge Stephanie Wyler in a courtroom custody hearing June 4.

Wyler ruled that Baker’s father Bob Ramsey and his wife Tracy are not considered suitable parents to raise the Baker children – a 7-year-old girl, a 6-year-old boy, and a 4-year-old-girl – because of Bob Ramsey’s criminal past (a 1985 conviction for stealing cable television) and his unreliable past employment record.

In the judge’s written decision, she also cited that Ramsey and his wife had conflicting viewpoints on whether Amy Baker was fit to raise her own children.
