The custody battle for the three children of Amy Baker continued in a Clermont County courtroom May 7.

Baker’s Father, Bob Ramsey, and husband, Brian Baker, both appeared in court to fight for custody of Amy Baker’s three children who have been in foster care since Liz and David Carroll were arrested Aug. 29 in the murder and cover-up of 3-year-old foster son Marcus Fiesel.

Amy Baker’s three children, a 7-year-old girl, a 6-year old boy, and a 4-year-old girl, had been living with the Carrolls in a Union Township home until Marcus was left to die as a result of being bound and locked in a closet of that home last summer.

Bob Ramsey, a Brown County resident, claims that in conversations with his daughter, Amy Baker told him that one of her children may have been sexually molested while in foster care and that Clermont County is now trying to cover it up.
