Ben Merle Duvall Sr., of Goshen, died April 10, 2007. He was a Recto Molded Products factory worker. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister.

The New Richmond Police Department is investigating a suspected drug overdose. The preliminary autopsy results for 19-year-old Clayton Brown, found dead in a New Richmond mobile home April 10, may have indicated a possible drug overdose.

Two women have been arrested in Amelia for possessing illegal narcotics. At 3:20 a.m. April 6, Amelia Police officer Matt Braden pulled over a vehicle on Main Street for an equipment violation.
