New Richmond students, from left, Samantha Moore, Chris Werle, Brittany Fowee, Nick Graser and Veronica Mansell help set 1,372 pinwheels in front of the Clermont County Municipal Courthouse. Members of the HI-Y youth service program, the students helped in setting similar displays in two other locations around the county.
