By this time next year the Felicity varsity girls soccer program could be one of the most feared in the area. The Cardinal squad has not taken too long to emerge into the upper echelon of the Southern Buckeye Conference National Division (SBC-N).

Felicity concluded the 2006 campaign with a very respectable 11-4-3 overall record and likewise respectable 7-3-3 in the SBC-N.

“I was a great season. The best we’ve ever had,” said Don Gaffney, assistant coach of the Red and White.

The scoring leaders for the southeastern Clermont countians were senior right wing Cayla Stutz and senior left wing Angela Dreiling. The assist leader was sophomore middle halfback Marisa Stutz.

Other stellar performers on offense were senior middle fullback Amber Oney, senior sweeper Lindsey Barger, and senior halfback Desirae Blackburn.
