Dorothy Sutherland, 92, of Amelia, died July 27. She was a card sorter at U.S. Playing Card.
She was preceded in death by father, Walter Mooney; mother, Lillie Spencer; brother, Charles Mooney; sister, Sylvia Instock; daughter, Velma Martin; and son, Buddy.
She is survived by daughter, Barbara Sutherland; son-in-law, John Martin; niece, Brenda Morehouse; six grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grand-children.
Funeral services were held Aug. 5 at the Graceland Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Evans Funeral Home and Baxter Crematory in St. Bernard are serving the family.
