The American Cancer Society sponsored the 6th annual Relay For Life at the Glen Este High School June 23-24. The 18-hour event, which took place from 6 p.m. until noon the following day, attracted 18 teams and raised more than $42,000 for cancer research. The Relay For Life is an event to celebrate survivorship and raise funds for cancer research, education, advocacy, and services.
