Addie Lee Fields, 91, of Amelia, died June 19. She was a factory worker.

She was preceded in death by husband, Alvin; father, Bingham; and grandchild, Sherry.

She is survived by son, Alvin, Jr.; grandchildren, Alvin III, Kymberly, Keith, and Sunny; and great-grandchildren, Zachary, Britan, Taylor, Steven, Hannah, Jaycee, Tylan, Chelsey, and Gregory.

Funeral services were held June 22 at the Evans Funeral Home. Burial was at the Lincoln Memory Gardens in Whitestown, Ind.

Memorials may be made in care of the Alzheimer
