Levy attempt postponed to November ballot

The Clermont Mental Health and Recovery Board is hoping to recover a revenue source more than two decades old in the November election with the placement of a half-mill levy on the ballot.

The board, which helps fund and evaluate mental health and addiction recovery services that help thousands of Clermont County residents, is seeking the replacement levy after a slightly increased levy failed last November.
