Pioneer spirit celebrated at annual event in Milford

The 44th annual Milford Frontier Days were once again in full swing June 1-4.

The festival kicked off on June 1 with the Frontier Days parade. According to the Milford Miami Township Chamber of Commerce, the Frontier Days parade is the largest parade in this part of the country.

This year, there were more than 128 entries in the parade and the Milford Faith Church won the prize for the best float.

The grand marshall was Milford resident Bob Stephens and the theme was
