Jeb David Hauenstein, 22, of Amelia, died on June 3, 2006. He was a construction worker.
He was preceded in death by a grandfather, John Hunter; a grandmother, Lucille Long Driesbach; and his father, Mark Hauenstein.
He is survived by grandfathers Wendel Hauenstein and Charles Buchanan; grandmothers Marcha Wise Hauenstein, Mary Lockhart Buchanan; his mother, Brenda Hunter Buchanan; three brothers, Chuck, Jacob and Jordan Buchanan; two sisters, Heather and Emily Buchanan; and a step-father, Chuck Buchanan.
Services were held on June 8, 2006 at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen.
Burial followed in the Rest Haven cemetery in Evandale.
