Milford councilman announces resignation

Milford City Council member Shannon Reynolds has resigned his position.

The resignation, effective May 30, was read to Mayor Lou Bishop and council members at the May 3 meeting. Reynolds, who has served for two years and five months, works full-time for EMC, Inc., a Boston-based computer storage company.

Shannon said that his travels with his company have not allowed him to do justice to his position on the Milford City Council.
