Allen C. Thornbury, 72, of Georgetown, died April 14. He was born in Welch, WV on August 24, 1933.

He was preceded in death by father, Colley; mother, Elizabeth; wife, Susie; and daughter, Linda.

He is survived by son, Allen; daughters, Elizabeth and Connie; eight grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service was held April 17 at the Tate Township Cemetery in Bethel.
