Martha J. Wierzbicki, 73, of Batavia, died April 5. She was born on January 13, 1933, in Bethel. She was member of the Moose Lodge and the American Legion Auxiliary.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Alta; husband, Henry; five sisters, and four brothers.

She is survived by daughter, Laura; son, Gary; step-children, Shirley, Rose, and Robbie; sister-in-law, Rita; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held April 10 at the Kennedy-Stevens Funeral Home. Burial followed at the Tate Township Cemetery in Bethel.
