CNE, Milford, Amelia serve notice of net prowess
Most of the Clermont County varsity boys tennis teams have begun their respective campaigns with the majority of the contests being victories.
Clermont Northeastern whitewashed Lynchburg Clay and Western Brown 5-0. Against the Mustangs, the winning Rockets were first singles Craig Havens 6-3, 6-4, second singles Ronnie Johangtes 6-0, 6-0, third singles Brandon Walker 6-0, 6-0, first doubles Thomas McKeehan and Kevin Ziesmer 6-0, 6-0, and second doubles Ian Davis and Justin Siebert 6-4, 3-6, 6-4. Opposite the Broncos the Blue and Gold victors were Havens 6-0, 7-6, Johangtes 6-1, 6-4, Walker 7-5, 6-2, McKeehan and Ziesmer 6-2, 6-2, and Brian Althammer and Siebert 7-6, 6-1.
