Jerry H. Pemberton, 52, of Batavia, died on March 31.

He was preceded in death by his father, Paul; and wife, Deborah.

He is survived by mother, Hazel; daughter Courtney, and brother, Carl.

Services were held at the Batavia First Presbyterian Church. Burial followed at the Union Cemetery in Batavia.

His family would like all memorials to be made to the Kidney Association.
