Utility bill dispute resolved
In a move designed to draw the debate to a close, the Bethel Village Council Monday accepted a compromise agreement with the owners of a Bethel apartment complex concerning unpaid utility bills.

Teacher deployed weeks shy of completing school year
Toby Lewin could be what you would call on the wrong side of short timer. In early May, the Felicity teacher for sixth-grade special education will be joining his naval reserve unit in Kuwait for what is expected to be a year of deployment, a year away from friends, family and home.
