William Lewis Thomas Martin, 77, of Wayne Township, died Feb. 15, 2006. He served in the Army during the Korean War. He was a meat cutter.

He was preceded in death by his father, Delbert Martin; mother Lorraine Fischer; and sister, Audrey Elliott.

He is survived by his wife, June; daughter, Vicky; son, John; brother, Delbert; sister, Betty; seven grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.

Services were held Feb. 18, 2006 at Evans Funeral Home. Interment followed at Edenton Cemetery in Wayne Township.
