June Eleanor Adamczyk, 84, of Milford, died Feb. 15, 2006. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph; father, Ralph; mother Alice.
She is survived by daughters June Ann, Mary; grandchildren Kyle, Joey, Tim; and great grandchildren, Kylie, Emma, Max, Ansley, and Arden.
Services were held Feb. 16, 2006 at Graceland Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sen Haven Health Care Center, 225 Cleveland Avenue, Milford, Ohio 45150.
