Carl A. Smith, 85
Carl A. Smith, 85, of Milford, died Feb. 11, 2006. He was born Dec. 17, 1920, the son of the late William and Ida Frances (Kidd) Smith.
He was a retired rock quarry employee for National Gibson Co. and also served in the US Army during World War II.
He was preceded in death by son, Carl Smith Jr.; three brothers, Bob, Norman, and Ruby.
He is survived by his wife, Carol (nee Schafer); son Roy; step daughters Marlene, Jeannie; step sons Robert, Woolery, James; sister Goldie; and many grand children, and great grand children.
Services were held Feb. 16, 2006 at the Kennedy-Stevens Funeral Home. Burial followed at the Tate Township Cemetery.
