Velma Faye Adams, 73, of Wayne Township, died Feb. 11, 2006. She was a Lathe operator for US Precision Lens.

She was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Moore.

She is survived by husband Jack Adams; mother, Mayme Quitter; daughters, Karen, Glenna; brothers, Bert, Allan; sisters Alice, Cleo; and grandchildren, Donald, and Abigail.

Services were held Feb. 14, 2006 at Belfast United Methodist Church. Interment followed at Plainview Cemetery.
