New Richmond among picks to win SBC meet

The Clermont County head wrestling coaches of the Southern Buckeye Conference (SBC) anticipate that it will be a three-way war for the league title. New Richmond, Western Brown, and Blanchester are figured to be at the top when all the cheering stops.
