Gladys E. Hancock, 98, of Bethel, died Feb. 6, 2006. She was born Oct. 6, 1907, the daughter of the late Wilbur D. and Harriet (Lindsey) Hancock.

She was a factory worker for Siemens and Allis Chalmers.

She was preceded in death by one sister, Alma Prickett, and Five brothers, Harold, Milton, Wilbur, Morris and Donald.

She is survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great, great nieces and nephews.

Services will be held Feb. 10, 2006 at the Kennedy-Stevens Funeral Home.
