Ethel Dora Frazier, 74, of Goshen Township, died Jan. 27, 2006.

She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by parents Dora Mae Willoughby and Ray Carpenter.

She is survived by sons, Eric, Michael; daughter, Lois; brothers, Billy, Ray, Henry, Earl, Dally; sister Florence; grandchildren, Nick, Holly, Trista, Tim, Angie, and Todd.

Services were held Jan. 30, 2006 at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Interment followed at Kendell Springs Cemetery, in Bath County, Kentucky.
