Office park hoped to spur development

Just days before Ford rocked the region with the announcement that they were closing the Batavia Transmission plant, the Board of Clermont County Commissioners announced the acquisition of 30 acres of land, with 70 more under contract, to create an office park in Union Township. The park, near the intersection of interstate 275 and state route 32, is hoped to make a positive impact on the county in terms of economic development.
