Gary Thomas, 59 of Bethel, died Jan. 20, 2006. He was born Feb. 26, 1946, the son of the late Darcy and Frankie Thomas.

He was preceded in death by a stepson, Max Gastineau.

He is survived by his wife, Joyce (nee Horner); four children, David, Debbie, Becky, Danny; three step children, Caroline, Derras, Mary; sister, Sue; brother, William; and five grandchildren.

A graveside service was held Jan. 24, 2006 at the Clover Cemetery in Williamsburg.
