Every New Years Eve, the Ohio State Highway Patrol gears up for a night of nonstop activity. As one of the most active nights each year, the night is filled with DUIs, crashes, and speeding tickets.
Sergeant Charlie Scales, of the Clermont and Eastern Hamilton Post, said that the most recent New Years Eve was not that busy.
