The City of Milford has recently decided to amend a decades-old ordinance restricting hours of operation for local billiard room owners. The decision was reached at the Milford City Council meeting Dec. 6. Council members unanimously voted to amend the ordinance after a heated debate by two local Billiard Room owners.
