Five Clermont County high school varsity girls basketball teams went unbeaten for the most recent week of action.
Batavia erased East Clinton 57-28 by holding quarter advantages of 17-10, 32-14, and 44-22. Heather Hines netted 17 points and Jennifer Willman 13 for the host Bulldogs. Arch-rival Williamsburg was also whomped 47-29. The visiting Wildcats held a 9-6 first period lead, but Batavia took over the rest of the way 21-11 and 34-17. Hines and Jamie Bare made 10 points apiece for the winners and Williamsburg
