Clermont Northeastern, Glen Este, and Bethel are still unbeaten after two weeks of Clermont County varsity girls basketball play.
Clermont Northeastern (3-0 record) skimmed by Turpin 37-35. The Rockets spotted the host Spartans 10-5 and 18-17 early edges before taking over 29-22 after three quarters of play. Dawn Rapp paced CNE with 13 points. Amelia was also eased by 36-33. Leading 9-6 and 14-10, the Blue and Gold was forced to stage a fourth period comeback to overcome the visiting Barons
