Mildred Gans, 88, of Camp Dennison, died on Nov. 30, 2005.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Josephine Combs; her husband, George Gans Jr.; four brothers, Harold, Wilbur, Edward and Howard Combs; a sister, Frances Littlejohn; two grandsons, George Gans IV and Ronald Gans.

She is survived by two children, George Gans III and Karen McKitric; a brother, Gilbert Combs; six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Services were held on Dec. 5 at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Milford, Rev. TL Porter and Minister Kennen Allen officiating. Burial followed in the Greenlawn Cemetery.
