Cleve Owens, 89
Cleve Owens, 89, of Georgetown, died November 30, 2005. He was born on May 25, 1916, the son of the late Frank and Ollie Jane Owens. He served during WW II in the US Army.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three wives, Pauline Owens, Maxine Owens, and Nora Byus Owens; a daughter, Melissa Ann Owens; six brothers and five sisters.
Cleve is survived by seven sons, Bobby Joe Owens, Earl Owens, Paul Owens, Rodney Lee Owens, Mark Owens, Tim Owens Fred Fields; two sisters, Ruth Jackson and Mildred Honaker; 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and two great, great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held on December 5, at the Kennedy-Stevens Funeral Home in Bethel, Ken Rutherford officiating. Burial followed in the Laurel Cemetery.
