Rossman is first team all-SBC in three sports
No one, absolutely no one, has ever been versatile and talented enough in the history of Clermont County high school sports to earn first-team selection to three conference all-star teams in the same season!
Goshen High School senior Mike Rossman became the first this autumn season. The all-around sports standout was chosen as a first team Southern Buckeye Conference American Division all-star in football, cross country, and boys soccer. In addition to these honors, it was announced this week he had been chosen as a Division I third team all-Ohio star.
It has been 35 years since the last first team four-sport all-star for an entire school year occurred. Charlie Varner, Clermont Northeastern class of 1971, was first team in football, basketball, baseball, and track and field. Prior to that there were just a couple of others in the late 1960
