Citizens of the Year to be honored

The village of New Richmond is set to honor its 2005 citizens of the year. The ceremony, which will be held at the gazebo in New Richmond at on Dec. 2 at 6:30 p.m., will spotlight John Hale and his late wife Peggy as, said New Richmond Mayor Terry Durrette,
