Williamsburg man arrested in dog abuse case

An investigation into the disturbing death of a pet near Williamsburg has resulted in the arrest of a Williamsburg man who now faces charges of cruelty to animals. The charges, stemming from an incident that happened about two months ago, were levied against the man for allegedly hanging his dog by its neck from a tree in the East Fork State Park.
