Carl William Peters, 89, of Goshen, died on Nov. 15, 2005. He was born on July 22, 1916, the son of the late William and Julia Peters. He was a WWII veteran of the army.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Opal Peters.

He is survived by a son, David Peters; two daughters, Mary Williams and Judy Davis; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Services were held on Nov. 18 at Evans Funeral Home in Goshen. Burial followed in the Dayton National Cemetery in Dayton, Ohio.
