Incorrect ballots to blame for delay

Unforeseen ballot issues have hampered the election process for the second election at the Clermont County Board of Elections. After the Nov. 8 election, workers at the board of elections stayed up through the night attempting to run ballots through the tabulation machines that were on loan to the board of election pending the purchase of a new election system by May of 2006.
