Virginia Elaine Prues, 87, of Milford, died on Nov. 7, 2005. She was born on May 7, 1918, the daughter of the late Albert and Anna Shepard.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Shepard.

She is survived by two daughters, Joanne Kennedy and Janet Stollmaier; five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Services were held on Nov. 8 at the Greenlawn Cemetery.
