James Anderson Howard, 56, of Milford, died on Nov. 2, 2005. He was born on Aug. 7, 1949, the son of the late Beecher and Virgie Howard.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Biship-Howard.

He is survived by a son, Neil Howard; two daughters, Amy Campbell and Emily Hayes; a stepdaughter, Lisa Clem; four step sons, Richard, Darrell, Mark and Michael Robinson; a brother, Colman Howard; 23 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Services were held on Nov. 7 at Evans Funeral Home in Milford. Burial followed in the Rest Haven Memorial Park.
