Cynthia Kay Mahaffey, 51, of Sardinia, Ohio, died Oct. 28. She was born Wednesday, Nov. 18, 1953 in Cincinnati.
She was a homemaker.
Mahaffey is preceded in death by one brother, William Donaldson, Jr. and one sister, Kimberly Shipman.
She is survived by her husband, David Mahaffey; her parents Williams and Juanita Donaldson; one son, Mike; one brother, Steven Donaldson, and three grandchildren.
Services were held Oct. 31 at the Evans Funeral Home. Burial followed at the Baxter Crematory.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Hope or give a donation to any person or family you know who has cancer.
