PETA, community members offer reward

More than three weeks ago a 9-month-old Australian shepherd was found hanged by a leash from a tree in East Fork Lake State Park.

Clermont County Animal Control has few leads in the case and that is one reason why People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals is offering $1,000 for any information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for the animal
