Four members of the Williamsburg Village Council will be seeking to retain their seats this November. Council members Charles Covert, James Weaver, Eric Heiser and Vice Mayor Guy Bainum will each be on the ballot for voters this election.
Covert, 51, a contractor and council member for two years, has lived in Williamsburg for 33 years and said his honesty and openness in speaking his mind are strengths for serving on council. Growth, said Covert, is an issue in the village, as is working to bring people together to work for a goal.
