Two Goshen men are recovering from injuries received after a West Chester man went on a bizarre, drunken rampage in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Jason Lee Lehman, 26, of West Chester, has been charged with three counts of felonious assault, two counts of aggravated vehicular assault and one count of driving under the influence for two separate road rage incidents.
Miami Township Police Department Detective John Swing said that what is known about the baffling incident spanned two counties before finishing in Miami Township.
