A flawless and concerted effort by West Clermont Schools staff and the Union Township Police Department turned a potential debacle into a safe and successful drill last week. On Sept. 9, a bomb threat called in from a pay phone triggered the evacuation of Withamsville-Tobasco Elementary School shortly before classes were scheduled to begin.
